DARE TO LEAD: Central Office Transformation System
The DARE to LEAD Central Office Transformation System helps those working to ensure all schools are successful, get better at what they do. It brings together all members of a participating Central Education Office to develop a shared vision for success, identify the primary obstacles to realizing that vision, and then work together to create and implement changes to increase the overall effectiveness of the Office. The process works because it builds on the unique skills, knowledge and ideas of all employees working in an office, and carves out the time and space to reflect and think outside the box. The System incorporates a number of evidence-based structures for change including Continuous Improvement, Trust-building, and Change Management.
